MOUNTAIN BIKING: Rose Lake

← MI SAGINAW RIVER SAGINAW MI Single Tracks →

Description

The Lansing area has a limited amount to biking trails, so the Rose Lake trail is a nice place to ride that's close by.
It's short at only 4 miles, but you can do multiple loops or once you get comfortable with the main loop, there are many loops that spur off and come back that can add on to the mileage.
The trail is sandy in a lot of areas with mostly single track. There are multiple trails that cross the main loop so you should take a map or follow the GPS track to get familiar with the trail.
The trail is a multi-use trail. You'll share the trail with hikers, dog walkers and horse back riders, so please be courteous.
